Where do you ship your beer?
Currently, we offer Ontario-wide shipping for all our canned and bottled products. Due to provincial regulations, we cannot ship alcohol outside of Ontario at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery via our courier partners usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location within the province.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. By law, someone 19 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers are required to verify ID for all alcohol shipments.
Can I order beer online and pick it up at the brewery?
Absolutely! We offer a 'Local Pickup' option at both our Hafis Road and Ossington Avenue locations. Simply select your preferred location during the checkout process.
How should I store my Bellwoods beer?
To maintain maximum freshness, we recommend keeping all beer refrigerated at all times. This is especially important for our IPAs and fruit-forward sours to preserve their intended flavor profiles.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all beer sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged shipment or the wrong items, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
