Due to the perishable nature of our craft beer and food items, we cannot accept returns once products have left our facility. However, if you encounter an issue with the quality of your order or receive a damaged item, we are committed to making it right.
Return Process
- 1.Report the Issue
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the batch code located on the bottom of the cans or bottles.
- 3.Quality Review
Our brewing and logistics team will review your claim to determine if the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
- 4.Resolution
Approved claims will be resolved through a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment of the same item at no extra cost.
