Monogamy is our ongoing series of IPAs brewed exclusively with one hop variety at a time. Ie, a delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo.

Brewed exclusively with Galaxy hops, this beer showcases notes of grapefruit pith, pineapple juice, and grape popsicles.
