Spontaneous Coolship Beer
To commemorate the 4th anniversary of our friends Revel Cider we brewed a collaborative beer with them to mark the special occasion. This is a unique one, made with freshly pressed Georgian Bay Red Prince apples, spontaneously inoculated in our coolship, and then fermented and aged in oak for a year. It's spritzy and bright, with refined yeast funk and tart apple notes.
