Our latest instalment in the 'verse' series, Universe is an enigmatic and delicious IPA brewed with a pale and oat heavy malt bill, and the official Pink Boots hop blend from Yakima Chief (Azacca, El Dorado, Idaho Gem, and Loral).
We brewed this as a collaborative effort with staff from our office, Hafis production team, Ossington production team, brewpub, and retail shops -- and a portion of the proceeds go back to support The Pink Boots Society.
What it smells and tastes like: Universe showcases a soft, pillowy body, sky-high drinkability, and harmonic notes of lemon, candied orange, and melon.
